Workers found it difficult to master the interface, no one was creating tasks, and clients did not understand the stage of their renovation.

We added an AI chat that handles most of the computer work. As a result, creating project stages and estimating budgets takes in just minutes.

Workers started using the chat on new projects. The AI learnd quickly and the feature became super popular, and data began to appear in the previously empty admin panels.

Clients became less stressed, since the progress of the renovation became visible every day.

Users complain about the outdated design, and there is a struggle in selling the product to new clients.

Completely redesigned the product and revamped the main landing page to make it more sales-oriented. Result: one sale and 3 new leads in the first month. Users began giving positive feedback.

Users do not understand how to add a project and how many projects they need in total. This leads to very low conversion rates.

There's no proper admin panel; everything is made by developers in a few days, resulting in zero usability and a million support messages.

Solution:

Made an admin panel for router configuration. Made the site's logic intuitive and added infographics. Conducted several iterations of research. As a result, we were able to reduce the number of support staff needed.
